Carlotta is approx 2 years old and grew up with a colony of cats (including mum and her siblings) on a building site for most of her life where she was well looked after and very social with both people and other cats.
She spent some time part-living with a family near the construction site, spending daytime/early evening with them at their house and then rejoining her cat friends in the later evening. She bonded with their teenage boys who adored her. She’d do well in a busy, noisy home as she’s talkative and likes to join in the conversation! As she was looked after by men she’s comfortable around them. She’d make a great family cat.
She’s independent and would appreciate being able to go outdoors eventually. She would be ok with other cats, but as she’s quite dominant she’d be better as the only cat in the house. Due to the crisis in foster homes in the UAE, Carlotta is still living in a controlled and cared for colony and hasn't been fortunate to know what a safe and loving home feels like. We are looking for someone who is passionate about animals and especially well equipped with knowledge on feline behaviour to give her a home. She can nip sometimes, but not often so a home with grown up children (teenager +) would be better than younger children.
